Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Vovn, we are committed to providing reliable and transparent shipping to our customers across the United States.

• Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
• Shipping Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday) for delivery within the United States.
• Shipping Fee: Free Shipping on all orders. No hidden costs or minimum purchase requirements.
• Shipment Carriers: Standard domestic carrier services.

Return & Refund Policy

Vovn accepts returns for both defective and non-defective dog toys, as well as exchanges, under the terms outlined below.

1. Return Window

You may submit a return request within 30 days after delivery. You must contact us at care@vovn.shop before sending any parcels back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Return Condition & Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Specific for dog toys: The toy must be unused, unplayed with, clean, and complete, free of bite marks, saliva, hair, stains, odor, tears, or alterations. It must be returned with its original protective packaging and supplied components. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please photograph the item together with its original shipping parcel and email us immediately.

• Step 1: Contact us at care@vovn.shop providing your order number, reason for return, and relevant photographs if applicable.
• Step 2: Upon approval, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label (Customer download/print).
• Step 3: Pack the items securely and mail the parcel to our designated return facility:

4. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees

• Return Shipping Cost: Covered by us. For each approved eligible return, we provide a pre-paid shipping label. Please keep your mailing receipt until the case is fully closed.
• Restocking Fee: $0.00. No restocking fees will be charged to consumers for product returns or approved exchanges.

5. Refund Timeframe

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically submitted to your original payment method. The bank or card issuer generally posts the funds within 10 days after submission.

6. Exchanges & Cancellations

• Exchanges: We accept exchanges for eligible unused products while replacement stock is available.
• Cancellations: Cancellation requests are reviewed before fulfillment. If an order has already been shipped out, it cannot be canceled directly and must instead go through our standard return process upon arrival.
