This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from Vovn, operated by 101 OAK STREET, LLC. It covers dog toys, chew toys, rope toys, plush toys, fetch balls, and interactive play items sold through this store.
Return Window and Condition
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Product condition accepted for return: new only.
- Exchanges are accepted when the replacement item is available.
- Return method: by mail.
Pet Product Return Eligibility
Returned toys should be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and included components. Items with bite marks, pet hair, saliva, odor, missing pieces, torn fabric from use, or signs of play may not qualify as new-condition returns unless required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives torn, incomplete, incorrectly packed, or different from the order, contact care@vovn.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and photos of the toy, packaging, label, and the visible issue.
How To Start a Return
- Email care@vovn.shop with the order number, item name, and return reason.
- Wait for return instructions before mailing the item.
- Pack the item securely and include all pieces from the original package.

Labels, Fees, and Refunds
- Return label: included in the package, free.
- Restocking fee: No cost. No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments.
- Refund processing time is 10 days after approval and submission.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Exchanges depend on availability of the requested toy type, color, or pack quantity. Cancellation requests can be reviewed before an order enters fulfillment. Once shipped, the customer may request a return after delivery.
